Why Pallet Control Tower exists
Not a feature list — the reasoning behind how this software is built and what it refuses to do.
Mission
Pallet Control Tower exists to give logistics and warehouse teams a single, reliable record of every pallet consignment, return and exchange — so the question "where do we actually stand" has a fast, factual answer instead of a guess built from spreadsheets.
The problem it responds to
Pallet exchanges are usually tracked across a mix of spreadsheets, paper slips, emails and memory. That works until volume grows, staff changes, or a partner disputes a balance — at which point reconstructing what actually happened becomes expensive and slow.
- No single, shared record of consignments and returns
- Reconciliation that depends on one person's memory or inbox
- Disputes with no documented trail to resolve them
- Stock figures nobody fully trusts
Design principles
A few deliberate choices that shape every part of the application.
Local by default
The application and its data live on your machine. Nothing is sent to a third-party server unless you choose to.
Traceable by construction
Every create, update and delete is logged — who, what, when. Traceability isn't a report you generate, it's how the system is built.
No forced subscription
The business model is a one-time license, not a recurring fee tied to continued access to your own data.
Simple to deploy
An installer, a license file, your own machine. No server, no IT project required to get started.
See it on your own operation
Calculate the potential impact on your numbers, or order your license directly.
